About me

Hey, I'm Akber. Senior Product Designer in Berlin with eight years of experience across AI, fashion, mobility and EdTech, building products people actually enjoy using.

Four years at Snap, mostly on Fit Finder, then Muse, an AI stylist I designed from 0 to 1 in my last year there. After that I built and shipped Roam, an AI trip planner, on my own. Both taught me the same thing: the hard part isn't the interface, it's making model output trustworthy enough that people keep going.

I geek out over design systems, sweat the details, and do my best work close to both the engineers and the people the product is built for.
