About me

Hey, I'm Akber. Senior Product Designer based in Berlin with a decade of experience building B2C products people actually enjoy using. Over the years that's taken me across AI, fashion, mobility, and EdTech.

The core of that was four years at Snap, getting deep into what makes AI-powered features feel natural rather than bolted on. These days I'm focused on AI-first products, where the design challenge isn't just the interface but making model-generated outputs feel useful and trustworthy to real users.

I geek out over design systems, sweat the details, and do my best work when I'm close to both the devs and the people the product is built for.
